This Privacy Policy describes how MotoSpective ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information through the MotoSpective Fleet Management app, available on iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch (the "App"). The App is an internal fleet management tool intended for use by authorized MotoSpective employees and administrators only.

Information We Collect

To provide fleet tracking and vehicle management functionality, the App collects and processes:

• Account information — username and login credentials used to authenticate employees and administrators.
• Vehicle location and telemetry data — real-time and historical location, charging status, battery state, and other diagnostic data for vehicles in the MotoSpective business fleet, retrieved via the Tesla Fleet API.
• Device location (if applicable to your role) — used to display your position relative to fleet vehicles on the in-app map.
• Usage data — basic app interaction data (e.g., which features are used) to help us maintain and improve the App.

How We Use Information

• To authenticate users and enforce role-based access (admin vs. staff permissions).
• To display real-time and historical fleet vehicle location, status, and telemetry.
• To enable authorized administrators to send remote commands to fleet vehicles.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the App.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Vehicle and telemetry data is retrieved from and shared with the Tesla Fleet API solely to provide App functionality. Map display features may use Google Maps or Apple Maps, which have their own respective privacy practices.

Data Retention

Account and fleet data is retained for as long as necessary to support MotoSpective's business fleet operations, or as required by applicable law. Employees may request account data removal by contacting us using the information below.

Data Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted network connections and role-based access controls, to protect data collected through the App. Login is restricted to authorized MotoSpective personnel.

Children's Privacy

This App is intended solely for internal business use by adult employees of MotoSpective and is not directed at or intended for use by children.

Apple Watch and Other Platforms

This Privacy Policy applies to all versions and companion apps of MotoSpective Fleet Management, including the Apple Watch app. The App does not currently offer an Apple TV version; if one is introduced in the future, it will be governed by this same Privacy Policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
